We want to ensure that Ziba’s Spa continues to be the place you come for wellness, beauty and relaxation. And these days that means being able to trust that you’re in a safe environment with people who care about each other.
Here is how we are helping to ensure you and we stay safe as we begin to move forward (and how you can help too):

What we are doing for you:

AT ZIBA’S SPA YOUR SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

  • We make sure we stay healthy to come to work to serve you.
  • We’re limiting the number of guests in the spa at one time to enable social distancing as much as possible.
  • Hand sanitizer and %70 alcohol are provided at the spa entrance, washrooms and other places for easier accessibility to disinfectants.
  • Spa is shoe free, so we offer you disposable foot cover
  • Your service providers will be wearing a mask and possibly gloves.
  • They will wash and sanitize their hands between services and guests.
  • Equipment and surfaces are disinfected between guests. As usual, we use medical-grade disinfecting cleaners and protocols.
  • Our common areas, including wait rooms, washrooms and reception, are regularly sanitized.
  • We are waiving cancellation fees for anyone cancelling for health reasons.

What we ask you to do

There are some new rules we will all need to follow to ensure our safety .

  • Fill in the online Health Disclosure Form within 24 hours of your appointment time (each person).

  • Please be advised that if you have been diagnosed with or have been exposed to Covid-19 we ask that you do not book any services until you have fully recovered
  • Self-screen before you come, if you have Covid-19 symptoms experiencing any cold-like symptoms whatsoever (ie; fever, sneezing, coughing, runny nose, allergies, etc…) please stay home and rebook once you feel healthy.
  • If you have traveled outside of Canada in the last couple of weeks, you will also need to wait two weeks from your return date to book your appointment
  • Wear a face mask if you can. Facial mask is not mandatory if you could follow the social distancing guideline
  • spa is a shoe free place; we have provided a foot cover which is mandatory to put on.
  • All the booking will be private, same household, same social circle of family and friends
  • Bring in only the item (s) you will be absolutely needing in the spa
  • We won’t be accepting Cash except you do not have any other choices.
  • Please refrain from touching items in the spa. We will be your private shopper and helper; this will help limit touch throughout the store to Spa.
  • In each washroom we have provided you with hand soap, hand sanitizer, and %70 alcohol. Please be courteous and keep the washroom clean with minimal surface touching.
